We are a local ice cream parlor located in Mission TX. We officially opened our doors to the public on October 2021 and look forward to serving the RGV community.

Scoopy has been a long project that was made possible with the support of friends and family. After many months Scoopy has been able to open its doors to the public since October 2021 and has been happily serving the RGV community since. Currently, Scoopy is an ice cream parlor specializing in providing delicious ice cream treats and candies.
